Productivity Increases With Organizational Trust

The Human Capital Institute commissions an annual survey of hundreds of business executives and HCI members, attempting to measure the general level of trust in organizations. There are many ways to define what “organizational trust” consists of, but this year's HCI survey succinctly defines it as “the willingness to put oneself at risk based on another individual’s actions.”
