Analyzing Cultural Fit

Cultural fit is too important to leave to chance. The most skilled individual is not always the best person for the job. HR leaders must make it easier for hiring managers to assess culture and fit, and then equip supervisors to better assimilate new employees, especially those who may offer some risk in terms of fit.
