The role of HR transferred these years reflects the increasingly heating talent war at another angle. Being a green hand in the line and being merged in the paperwork, I haven’t yet had a good consideration on the issues as the difference between HRM and HRD or the changing function in HR Dept. though the article only the tip of the iceberg, it could inspire me of the prospective of my professional objective.
