Benefits of smiling
Posted by Ahmad 微笑不仅仅是一个人快乐且容易亲近的标志，而充满微笑的场所也使得人们更愿意去工作或者购物。在企业的管理中适当的运用微笑，也会使得员工在一个良好的氛围中工作，从而提高工作效率，与此同时，微笑甚至已成为员工绩效考核表中的一个重要指标。
Smiling is a great way to bond with people. Smiling signals that you are pleasant, approachable and a warm person. People enjoy the company of a pleasant person and this greatly helps in better working, selling and buying experiences. Smiling spreads like a breeze and has great positive effects on people as it uplifts them emotionally. There have been numerous studies carried in recent time that show that smiling has many benefits. Smiling employees will not only help to foster positive atmosphere in the organizations, but its benefits will also radiate in the wider society.
