leadership is everyone`s business

最近一直在看两本书，一本是讲人生的《当和尚遇到钻石》，一本是讲领导力的《the leadership challenge》,同时关注该书作者开发的一个课程：领导力研修.LPI.

That`s really a exciting training program,I believe it will become the most trusted learning method for becoming a better leader.there are only 23 cetificated trainer in the world,and only two can train in chinese.I`m very lucky have a meeting with the two trainer:lily and Peter ，to discuss the leadership development program.As the training show :In order to develop our leadership， we should follow the five step:The first step,model the way(以身作则)，the second step:inspaire a shared vision(共启愿景)，the third step:challenge the process(挑战现状)，the fourth step,inable others to act(使众人行)，and the last step:encourage the heart(激励人心)。We a not super man ,we a not badman,and we are just ordinary man,After all the five journey,ordinary man can achieve the best performance.
